With Halloween coming up, I will be doing my annual round of competing in costume competitions. I've won 2 years with the same costume at the only venue in town having a large enough prize so I had to create a new costume for it. I tried it out last year and lost but this year I'll be making some extra accessories. Anyway, it's a Reaper costume that I wear with stilts. Last year I had most fun standing against a wall or column near the entrance to the club and letting people decide I was a part of the decorations. When they went to the bar and had their backs to me I'd sneak up behind them (not an easy task in creaky stilts and very little visibility) and stand very close until they turned around. The whole general area would get a kick out of watching this scene transpire especially the bartenders who liked to keep the victims distracted long enough for me.
