some one tell me where is can go and learn to do these kind of stuff plz

We didn't really go anywhere to learn it. We just learned "in the field" so to speak. The hardest part about this video was just putting all the old-movie-style effects over it. It's pretty simple if you buy editing software that is a little more complicated (like Adobe Premiere Pro [what we use] or Final Cut Pro) rather than a simple one like imovie.
