I got more involved with making faces than actually playing the game once I found the game has a Fagegen face creator you use whenever you begin a new game. But after seeing the limits of Oblivion Facegen my passion was not satisfied until I purchased Singular Inversions SI Facegen software and figured out a way to put anyone's face in the game of Oblivion.

Soon I had many celebrity main characters and I then found a way to play as one main character while the others served as companions, which helped me on my quests or stayed at home, however I commanded them. I could also share weapons, clothing, armor and other items with them.

Not all subjects are successfully ported into Oblivion, but sometimes you can even put your friends and relatives there, as you see my God Daughter Mallarie came out well. I realized in time that this was a genuine hobby, like painting, only I created moving artwork capable of allowing me to have fun in a digital world. And depending on your PC's graphics chip the world of Oblivion can be an astounding world and a visual delight.

If you are into gaming or just want a new hobby I would recommend this game. Even working with the stock Oblivion Facegen can bring forth some really attractive faces depending on what facial mods you use. But I must warn you the SI Facegen software costs about $300 U.S. dollars.

Personally I don't regret a dollar and am still enjoying creating whatever celebrity character comes to mind, whether it be Chuck Norris, Snoop Dogg, Rowan Atkinson or Michael Jackson.
