wyzardThis is my Halloween costume contest entry. I'm the tall one. The Edward Scissorhands in front of me is the winner of the contest I only made 2nd place this year.
I went back on Wednesday for another contest and added to the costume with the next couple of images. Still only second place, but I was beaten by a very biased crowd who chose to vote on a racial stereotype costume because that was the majority of the crowd. I won't make any comments on that. They just happened to be very loud and very drunk.
I bought the wings and the mask, true. My work came in with cutting the wings apart and mounting them on an old backpack frame I had in my storage shed. I like the effect with them threaded through the robe.
This is the frame or the best image of it I can get without removing the robe. I was worried about doing that because of the damage I inflicted on the wings modifying them in the first place and then stuffing them through the cuts I made in the robe.
