Sand Spirals

All > "Art" > Drawings > Sand Spirals by jesse
The beach was VAST that day, and it occured to me that giving the sand a rough finish would be like
drawing on paper with a pencil. A garden rake with still tines pulled along with the right curves, and pressure ends up being really spectacular, especially when your design takes up 20,000 sq. feet!
Plus I wrote out CRE.ATIONS.NET knowing that I was going to submit it here!

Up close the design is not nearly as cool.

Don't know if you have seen or was an inspiration, but you are not alone...

HAHAA! That guy takes himself way to seriously. Yes Im an artist but there is nothing mystic and spiritual about drawing with a rake. Well to him there might be, but it makes me think "I dont want to meet that guy, cuz hes probably 'wack'"
