One time, we all made silly characters to later be used in a movie.  I made a wire skeleton, then wrapped it with different fabrics and fastened it with hot glue...nothin' fancy...  His head is made out of Sculpey.  For his hands, I wrapped string around the wire stubs and, again, just used hot glue to keep it all in place.  (We don't have a lot of sophisticated supplies in our kids class...)  Then I just slapped a coat of paint on him.  He can be posed very easily, and his head turns. Like in the new &quot;War of the Worlds&quot; with Tom Cruise.  When those giant robots shot out of the ground and started vaporizing people, yeah Tom was pretty scared...but if someone really saw that, they would be SCREAMING, or fainting, or puking...or all three. In real life, if your computer keyboard started floating you would freak out!  Your whole reality would be shattered just by that.  

Now, I loved the movie &quot;Nativity Story&quot;, but every time anyone saw an angel, they were completely calm and composed...maybe a little startled at best.  Mary didn't even flinch.  So when my husband and I were asked to make a video for church, we took all of that into consideration.  

This is an introductory video to a sermon series about the book of Revelation.  Jesse shot the footage, I edited it, and we worked together on sound and digital effects.
