Not-So-Free Fountain Table

The fountain was created last summer. I physically hauled the rocks up from Lake Michigan where my wife helped me pick them out. The smaller rocks come from various trips (honeymoon, etc...) that we've taken. This is my first piece of furniture that I have ever made. I think it turned out very well even though there are a few mistakes. I have learned to check and double check all cuts, measurements and saftey stoppers. A free pump has cost more than someone could really expect!

This table is made from Red Oak solid and ply woods, and is put together with dove tail joints. It is strong enough to hold all these rocks and about three gallons of water! Also, there is one black bucket, one pump, a broken up mirror, a mister with LED lights and two submersible hallogen finger lights.
